Taking 10 Minutes Time OUT!

During this time of the year, I usually have a to do list that usually extends longer than the eye can see.  This year it is even more compounded by the fact that I am deep in the middle of doctoral research.  In all honesty— it can be overwhelming at times.  Through my PKM journey, I came across a TED talk that is making a difference for me.  In terms of being ably to manage my stress load.  Please take 10 MINUTES to do nothing—I feel rejuvenated.
